Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

PT Dharma Artha Nusantara (“PT DAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to indonesiabriquettescharcoal.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use our website or contact us, why we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

This website is intended primarily for international business-to-business visitors interested in Indonesian coconut charcoal briquettes, sourcing coordination, export supply, packaging, specifications, samples, and quotations.

1. Information You Provide Voluntarily

We may receive information that you choose to provide when you contact us or request business information, including through our contact page, email links, WhatsApp links, quotation requests, sample requests, or specification requests. Depending on your request, this may include:

  • your name and business contact details;
  • company name, role, and country;
  • email address and telephone or WhatsApp number;
  • product type, shape, quantity, packaging, destination, delivery, or specification requirements; and
  • the contents of your inquiry and any subsequent business correspondence.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your business inquiry. Our current website inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; the message is not sent until you choose to send it from that application.

2. Website Usage Data

When analytics is enabled, we may collect limited information about how visitors find and use the website. This may include pages viewed, approximate location such as country or city where available, device and browser type, referral source, landing page, engagement information, and interactions with business contact buttons.

We do not intend to send your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, personal contact name, free-text inquiry, or full address to website analytics services.

3. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website usage and improve the experience for prospective international buyers. We may use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage analytics tags and measure interactions such as visits to key pages and clicks on quotation, sample, specification, email, or WhatsApp links.

GTM is a tag-management system and does not itself create business inquiries. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers when permitted. Analytics implementation will be configured to avoid sending personally identifiable information. Advertising features will not be enabled unless separately assessed, disclosed, and configured in the future.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide website functions, security, or remember privacy choices. Analytics cookies may be used, with consent where required, to help us understand website performance and visitor interactions.

Our intended consent choices are:

  • Necessary: technologies required for core website, security, and consent functions. These cannot be disabled through the consent tool.
  • Analytics: optional technologies used to measure website usage and buyer-intent interactions. These will remain disabled until consent where required.

We do not currently require advertising or marketing cookie categories because no advertising pixels are planned for this implementation.

5. Google Consent Mode

We plan to use Google Consent Mode to communicate a visitor’s consent choices to Google tags. Where consent is required, analytics storage will default to denied until the visitor chooses to allow Analytics. Visitors will be able to accept, reject, or review their choices, and change those choices later through the consent interface.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • to respond to inquiries and communicate about products, quotations, samples, specifications, packaging, and shipping;
  • to assess and coordinate potential business requirements with production, logistics, or service partners where necessary;
  • to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • to understand which pages and acquisition channels are useful to prospective buyers;
  • to maintain business records and protect our legitimate business interests; and
  • to comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website and communications may involve third-party services, including:

  • Google: planned GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, and existing Google Search Console services;
  • WhatsApp: when you choose a WhatsApp link, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices;
  • Email providers: when you send an inquiry by email, the message is processed by your email provider and ours; and
  • Hosting and technical providers: providers that support website hosting, security, maintenance, or delivery.

We may share relevant inquiry information with production, logistics, packaging, or other service partners only where reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfil a business request. We do not sell personal information.

8. International Visitors and Data Transfers

PT DAN is based in Indonesia and serves international business visitors. Information you provide may therefore be processed in Indonesia or in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to handle information consistently with this Policy and relevant legal requirements.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal and business inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, protecting legitimate interests, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the nature and status of the business relationship. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived where appropriate.

Analytics retention settings will be selected and periodically reviewed when GA4 is implemented.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, email, messaging platform, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also reject optional analytics through the website consent interface when implemented, adjust browser settings, or contact us about your request. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and some rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

12. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or security. Please review the privacy information provided by those third parties.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, analytics, business processes, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
